Elaine & Rob – Cold Spring Engagement Photos – One warm summer afternoon Elaine and Rob were enjoying time at one of their favorite Hudson Valley date spots, The Foundry Dock Park in Cold Spring, New York, when a single moment changed both of their lives forever. Rob got down on one knee and proposed to Elaine, she said yes and they both began the next stage of their lives together. Both lovers met here in the Hudson Valley, as cadets in West Point.
